I began my career in the Server department at Insyde company (IBV), focusing on resolving platform issues and porting chipset functions according to the Intel BIOS writer guide. Later, I transitioned to the Notebook department at ASUS (OBM). During my time there, I worked on projects involving both Intel and AMD platforms. I even had the opportunity to participate in a leading project , It required weekly meetings with INTEL. In Asus, my primary responsibility is to handle issue resolution and implement ASUS-specific features.Subsequently, I joined TNI company (jointly owned by Inventec and TPV Technology) as part of the AIO product team. In this role, I was responsible for platform bring-up and addressing project-related challenges. Later, I moved to Pegatron company (ODM), where I spent the initial years primarily dedicated to developing DELL Rugged serial Notebook and Tablet projects. Collaborating with my colleagues, we developed projects from the NPI phase to the mass production phase.Later, I was promoted to a team lead role. I primarily managed four DELL sustaining projects and four Non-DELL (Zebra & Trimble) sustaining projects, all while leading a team of six BIOS RD engineers.With over a decade of experience in the BIOS field, I have gained insights and skills from my journey spanning experiences from IBV to OBM/ODM.
