1. Scout and introduce innovative and advanced applications and services by presenting partnering/cooperation proposal to DT headquarters. Trigger DT project in the region, and initiate the high-level dialogue between DT group and Chinese counterparts and innovative companies. 2. Deploy DT group strategy in China. Keep eye on innovative start-ups to propose possible cooperation/investment opportunities in local TMT market to DT’s investment union.3. Initiate and develop marketing strategy such as “Innovation Day” to promote DT’s technology and services, and on the other side to attract Chinese innovation companies in media, social network, and mobile internet related field.4. Coordinate and extend cooperation from technical level to business level between Deutsche Telekom and Chinese carriers (China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom) as well as vendors (Huawei, ZTE, etc.)5. Facilitate communication between Chinese carriers and DT HQs on standardization project such as 5G, SDN/NFV and NGCOR etc. Seek cooperation opportunity with Chinese telecom industry players on standardization topics. 6. Structure China cloud computing, cloud service market report (e.g. AWS, China Telecom cloud, Ali Cloud etc. cloud service vendor analysis). Suggest leading cloud service player’s partnership to expand DT’ cloud service ecosystem and enhance DT’s cloud service public brand awareness in China cloud market.7. Regularly visit Deutsche Telecom HQs to present the latest movements and progress ICT/ TMT market in China such as AWS entering China, Cloud computing market, Connected Car, Mobile payment and VR/ AR technology.
