When a Big and a Little are paired in a one-to-one mentoring relationship, it is referred to as a "match." Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass currently serves matches in 13 Central KY counties. The mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass is to provide children facing adversity with strong, enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change a child's life for the better, forever.

Responsible for the administration and supervision of 18 NAIA men's and women's intercollegiate athletics programs including personnel, compliance, fundraising, sponsorship, marketing, sports information, promotions, alumni relations, game-day operations, team travel, ticketing and oversight of $3 million operating budget.

Responsible for annual giving campaign, athletic fundraising, miscellaneous advertising revenue, corporate sponsorships and major gifts. Successfully directed $1 million Annual Fund campaign

Georgetown College

Responsible for daily operations, marketing, promotions, sponsorship, public relations and staffing for NFL preseason training camp. Coordinate efforts of various college departments including Maintenance, Housekeeping, Grounds, Food Service, Safety, Communications and Auxiliary Services in hosting training camp each year. Responsible for generating approximately $300,000 in revenue for the college through corporate sponsorship, auxiliary revenues and facility rental fees.

Responsible for special event management, facility parking, event security, liaison with concessions contractor, and supervised part-time game/event personnel. Was involved in developing, building and financing a $20 million minor league baseball stadium. Personally responsible for over $450,000 in season ticket, luxury suite and advertising sales in inaugural season.

Served as Governor-appointed staff person to newly created state commission. Worked with Governor's staff to initiate statewide commission, created organizational structure, successfully lobbied for legislative passage, and worked with gubernatorial appointees to develop by-laws, goals and objectives.

Responsible for all aspects of organization management and day-to-day operations of statewide multi-sport non-profit organization. Increased corporate sponsorship by 85%; increased program participation by 28%; increased statewide media exposure; initiated successful Winter Games program; elected to board of directors, National Congress of State Games, 1997.
