Acquired by Metso in Dec 2006. Many names of Aker Kvaerner, including Kvaerner Power and Kvaerner Pulping.

Acquired by Kvaerner February 1991. Began with company as Proposal Manager. GVE acquired by Kamyr/Kvaerner in 1991.
