Eric is a member of Aon’s Executive Leadership Team and co-leads Aon’s Enterprise Client Group (ECG), a team that enables an Aon United approach across the world and all of Aon’s revenue lines. In this role, Eric’s responsibilities include development and execution of the firm’s strategy for global client relationship management. In addition, the ECG team is responsible for supporting the business strategy for a select group of global clients by delivering data-driven insights and solutions around Risk, Retirement and Health. In this role, Eric partners with executive leadership to explore critical business issues and define methods of unlocking growth and delivering more value to stakeholders. The ECG team brings an Aon United approach to each client by focusing on the following core areas of activity:-- Develop an in-depth understanding of each client’s business strategy to help those organizations achieve their objectives -- Leverage Aon’s worldwide data and analytics capability to offer insights that inform specific day-to-day decisions as well as long-term strategic planning -- Augment simplicity by serving as a single-point-of-contact to senior leadership -- Marshal the resources and expertise of global Aon to provide the most benefit to clients and their stakeholders

In his role as Global Chief Commercial Officer for Aon Hewitt, Eric was responsible for leading the firm’s strategy for global client relationship management, growth and retention, net promoter score and client satisfaction goals, and Global Client Promise initiative. The Aon Hewitt Commercial team reporting to Eric consists of three key functions - Account Management, Commercial Operations, and Marketing/Marketing Operations and spans across the following global regions – Europe/Middle East/Africa, Asia Pacific, Canada, and the U.S. Eric is the sponsor for Aon’s Client Promise Academy and plays a key role in advancing the firm’s Aon United goals to bring together our capabilities across Risk and People on behalf of our clients.

As West Region Managing Director and a Senior Partner, Eric was responsible for Aon Hewitt’s business in the West Region across our consulting, benefits outsourcing, and HR outsourcing services. Eric’s responsibilities include leading the account management team, our go-to-market approach, client satisfaction and relationships, and overall revenue growth for the region. Eric leads through a team of market leaders in Southern California, Northern California, Seattle, and Denver. Eric is currently an active member of the Aon Hewitt Senior Leadership Team and enjoys consulting with clients in the areas of health, retirement, and talent.

Eric served as Vice President of Client & Market Leadership for Aon Hewitt responsible for managing and growing Aon Hewitt’s overall client relationships for our large market clients.
