Founder
CurrentDivergent Leadership Solutions (DLS) LLC. (https://www.divergentleadershipsolutions.com/) serves as a creative outlet for capturing the many lessons learned (both the good and bad) and best practices I've experienced throughout a nearly 30-year career in the leadership development domain. The best leaders that I have had the privilege of learning from universally believed that leadership is more about "giving away" than taking. They were all singularly focused on making those around them better and went out of their way to support the development of subordinate's growth into becoming their "best selves." I use this website to post an Inspirational blog with specific leadership applications, with the sole intent of helping others learn from my rather unusual leadership path in life.
