CurrentRequirements and Quality Assurance Branch Chief for 11 employees; responsible for all work products produced and delivered by the AAIER branch, including Requirement Specifications, Use Case Models, process flow diagrams, Test Plans and Test Reports, Business Cases, and First Contact Reports -- supported the AAIE and AAI mission and vision by assuring these work products were clear, concise, accurate, unambiguous, and delivered on time.Responsible for Branch Workforce Planning; implementing a Workforce Plan that ensures recruitment is focused to attract and retain a high-caliber diverse workforce that reflects the nation -- systematically identifying and addressing gaps between the workforce today and the human resource needs of tomorrow.Recognize Employee’s outstanding performance; recommended an employee for quarterly award recognition – adhere to the AF awards and recognition program to award and recognize outstanding performance/accomplishments and to provide motivation and incentive to continue outstanding performance going forward.- Delivered on-time annual appraisals/reviews; accomplished within the established division and organizational guidelines and timeliness—resulting in timely completion of annual performance reviews of subordinates.Manage First Contact Team to respond to HAF customer requirements and requests; provided tracking/oversight for all First Contact requests--met 2 day First Contact response metric 100% of the time.- Manage, oversee, and direct New Business requirements team and process including reviewing and approving every new business Report and Business Case for upper Management Review; delivered quality documents highlighting customers high level requirements, options, LOE estimates, and a recommendation—provides AAI and AAIE management and the customer a vehicle to make informed decisions on the way forward for each request.
