For over three decades, Eric Weitz finds a second home in the courtroom. Having represented a diverse variety of clients ranging from catastrophically injured victims to large multinational corporations, Eric has developed a national reputation as a professionally aggressive advocate. Eric’s passion for trial work is a unique combination of his life experience, variety in the types of cases he handles and years of academic study of persuasion and trial techniques. Eric attributes his consistent record of numerous multimillion dollar verdicts and results in a wide variety of jurisdictions to the quality and strength of his clients. Helping his clients pick up the pieces after suffering catastrophes, Eric thrives on the opportunity to improve his clients’ lives and the communities in which his clients live. Whether he is protecting victims’ rights in our government or trying to improve safety in our community by serving as an appointed member of the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority, Eric’s passion for justice and accountability fuel his everyday activities.When Eric is not helping the many families that entrust him with their cases, he is active at home and in his communities. Eric continues to serve within the leadership of various bar associations and a wide variety of local non-profit and civic organizations while often teaching other attorneys and law students. Eric is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, many federal courts throughout the country and in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Eric has handled cases nationwide in commercial, medical malpractice and catastrophic injury matters.
