The GlobeScan Foundation is dedicated to helping achieve a more sustainable and just world for all. To accomplish this we develop and apply a range of social science tools to give voice to global publics, help unlock collaboration and accelerate progress.We have chosen the theme 'Letting Everyone Speak' to manifest our mission for two reasons. First, we believe everyone has a right to speak on matters that affect their lives. And secondly, when we let everyone speak we open up the possibility of collaboration, which we believe is essential for meeting humanity's challenges.

In our quest to better understand the mysterious world of autism, we have been encumbered by inefficient mechanisms to record information that can provide valuable insight. Traditional methods like paper/pencil, clickers, checklists, toileting charts, stand-alone 'apps', etc. are labour intensive most do not automatically convert recorded data to useful information.BeDoc_Student is a highly flexible 'system' that enables school personnel to document 'real-world' data directly on mobile devices. Compiled data are instantly converted into easily understood charts and graphs, accessed on a secure web-based reporting site.BeDoc_Student currently includes the following key areas of data collection:- IEP skill development- Tally - captures frequency or duration of specific behaviors- Behavioral Assessment - incorporating ABC (Antecedent, Behaviour, Consequence) format and Setting Event- Self-Care - toileting and menstruation
