I have three years of Management experience in the service industry. My Customer Service roles have taught me to be self motivated, work effectively, lead through positive feedback, and how to manage a team. Through my involvement in this organization I learned leadership skills such as Time Management, organizational abilities, and planning. I like to create an environment of professionalism while still have a great time by creating relationships with my peers that last a lifetime.
