During my secondment to Pure Watercraft, I held a dual role of overseeing the technical and people leadership of a team of thirty-five engineers, as well as leading a GM integration team. In this capacity, I successfully drove cross-company alignment, resulting in the immediate elimination of chronic timing delays. Additionally, I played a key role in establishing consistent processes across both traditional and non-traditional engineering teams, effectively standardizing quality throughout the organization.

• Secured $150M Engineering, Supply and Equity Agreement to bring GM into the electric boating industry with Pure Watercraft• Created and implemented a business strategy based on customer empathy interviews and GM technology capabilities• Collaborated with internal and external teams to lead the development of strategic plans and proposals and execute agreements in under seven months• Executed the software and calibration integration necessary to utilize a proven automotive system in a novel application, without any existing processes or procedures
