• Provide gas service to residential and commercial customers daily• Emergency command trailer Specialist• Work out of State Emergency Situations• Assist/lead numerous advanced projects including SLS Hotel, Paradise Spa, Centennial Park, Linq, Downtown Summerlin, Landsman Gardens, Gramercy, custom manifold fabrications, enclosed meters, high crime area meter removals, restaurants, and earthquake valve installation on schools• Troubleshoot and repair domestic/commercial gas appliances• Complete detailed high bill and incident investigations • Respond to emergencies and implement Incident Command System (ICS) when necessary • Manufacture manifolds and meter sets to company standards• Maintain knowledge of UPC, UMC, and state/local plumbing codes• Ensure all Company, state and federal regulations are being met • Follow Emergency Plan matrix• Assist with internal and external customer inquiries, including compliments, concerns and complaints • Follow FCC radio procedures (dispatch experience)• Utilize extensive knowledge of CSS, CAS, OCV, Field Manager CS, FieldSmart View, OnTrack, and Microsoft Office• Assist in training new service and field technicians to ensure job skill efficiency• Provided field ride training for contractor supervisors/employees• Perform multi-family projects and participate in career days • Responsible for keeping vehicle maintained, stocked and cleaned
