SHI is an organically grown software and hardware reseller that boasts award winning relationships with major manufacturers. Our goal is to provide customers with a partner in all of their software and hardware projects. It is my responsibility to Manage and service small to medium sized company accounts. Assisting with hardware and software purchases and data management.

As a student manager I oversee operations at two separate dining facilities in the main recreation center at Ohio State. It was my responsibility to take inventory of items to ensure products were fully stocked. I was entrusted with counting the cash drawers and filling out the deposit bag during shifts. Overseeing the actions of co-workers and ensuring premium quality and customer service, while training new hires to provide a simple transition to the team

I was provided a delivery route every morning which I used to organize my deliveries in an order that promoted the most efficient completion of that route. At every stop I interacted with the store manager and determined the amount of ice that they required and delivered the ice. At the end of the day I prepared a money order for cash payments and placed the deposit into the safe.

I often worked alone in the shop assisting customers with their needs and requests. I would also handle calls from other stores and ring out the customer when they have made their purchase
