I am a recent PhD graduate from the department of immunology at the University of Toronto. Throughout my doctoral journey, I have made significant scientific discoveries in immunological research, resulting in multiple authorships in published scientific works. However, the most valuable contributions I made during my doctorate experiences were in offering support and care to those around me, including co-workers, peers, mentees, family, and friends. In these interactions, I had the privilege of being a pillar of support during challenging times, in which I garnered a deep appreciation and passion for mental health. I am dedicated to pursuing a professional path in this field, driven by the desire to make meaningful impact and contribute to the healing process.
