Strong professional with a Master focused in Management from National Sun Yat-Sen University.In the past more than 25 years of work experiences in semiconductor industry. I am glad to participate the growth and transformation. I have gone through the roles as sales, marketing, on-site coordination, supply chain developerand company management. These diversities to rich my capability. I started from a novice sales role and marketing, then grow up to own a company, further onwards helped foreign company to set up branch in Taiwan. I knew this field very well from simple consumable parts to cross link with subsystem, localization and refurbishment of process tools, then to be responsible for the ADI/AEI metrology tools and vacuum system. I also successfully implemented synthetic quartz concept, silicon wafer, and wireless sensor into highest advance technology node, including yield improvement, reduction particle defect, process diagnostic and analysis. I also successfully introduced the new concept for prevention of powder accumulation and waste gases abatement system in semiconductor industry.
