Silver Peak was acquired by HPE for $925M in September 2020. Silver Peak began as a WAN Optimization company in 2004. In 2013, served as a key executive driver of the pivot into the SD-WAN market, growing annual revenue from 0 to $200M in under five years. The transition included developing and introducing a new product, moving from a hardware-based perpetual business to a software-based subscription business, funding the pivot organically initially and later via equity and debt financing, and expanding our GTM to include both enterprise and service providers.

Led SEC and management reporting, financial planning and analysis, and the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements for the publicly traded wireless communications semiconductor company.

Developed and led the finance organization for the publicly traded company while revenues grew from less than $12M per quarter to an annual run rate of greater than $200M. Key contributor to the strategic planning and decision-making process as an executive team member and as a participant in Board of Director meetings. Directed FP&A, accounting, SEC reporting, tax, treasury, and international operations.
