The work I have participated in involves analysing existing topography, designing drainage networks, driveways and earthworks, carrying out site inspections at each stage and submitting various applications to Council and Watercare that the subdivision conditions have been complied with.

Worked on residential development site at 83 Thomas Road, Flat Bush. My responsibility was to assist with residential land development. Activities include:• Silt control• Drainage• Installations of utilities• RoadingSilt control includes gathering run-offs from rain to sediment retention ponds before adding chemicals to settle the silt particles through flocculation. Drainage includes laying downpipes on each side of roads for draining purposes. Roading includes laying down roads with different layers of fillings.
