  -Format BOM's to HCI's standard template -Load Assembly files into FactoryLogix NPI module(BOM, CAD, Gerber, Drawings)-Create reference Gerber from pdf or scanned pcb (if none provided, TH only assembly)-Build XY data from Gerber for AOI -Check for BOM errors (mismatch qty to reference, duplicate references) and verify any false flags by the software -Check for CAD to BOM errors (references on BOM but not on CAD)-Review ECAD data and drawing pin 1 locations and polarity -Report any true errors between to customer to advise -Review BOM for component technology types(SMT, TH, Pressfit, etc)-Check for Rohs components on BOM so Process Engineer can adjust reflow profile as needed-Work with internal stencil designer to include certain components to be installed at SMT(pin and paste)-Assign components to process flow template based off technologies.-Create Work instructions using HCI CCA template and modifying process Flow to be in the most efficient order, flowing down notes/intructions customer may have on BOM or drawing, removing unnecessary operations-Review customer documentation for IPC class, solder type, flux type, and other special processes and include all information into digital work instructions-Review history of previous build and include any relevant information into work instructions (visual aids/images from previous builds, customer dispositioned EQ's)-Update BOM's and PnP program when customer sends in Change Notices.-Work with Manufacturing Engineers to include changes for jobs that have already been release to production-Convert standard Job Travelers (paper) to newly implemented work instruction (digital)through FactoryLogix NPI
