Erica Evans is the Head of Client Engagement and a member of the Management Committee, which directs and implements firmwide strategy and ensures effective management across all areas of the firm.Erica develops strategies to proactively engage and maintain relationships with the firm’s clients, focusing on clients invested in Private Assets, ensuring they have an optimal experience. Erica also serves on the Risk Policy Committee, which provides legal, compliance, and risk oversight of all investments and is independent of the firm’s Investment Committee. Erica has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, with marketing, communications, and general management expertise. Before joining Hirtle Callaghan, Erica spent time at Hartford’s Investment Management Business, at ING Investment Management, and at GE Asset Management in various client, operational, and risk-related leadership roles. She is Six Sigma trained. Erica is on the Board of the Girl Scouts of Connecticut, where she chairs the Investment Committee. She also sits on the Pension Advisory Committee for the Girl Scouts of America (GSUSA.) In addition, she is on the Advisory Board of the Damon Runyon Cancer Foundation.
