My daily responsibilities included maintaining and following up on all emails as they arrived; organizing both pattern makers and sewers, updating the WEB PDM database as changes were made and verifying that all coordinating departments (graphics, merchandising, production, fabric r&d) were provided with the most current information. As information changed and styles were added or removed I kept all boards for the deliveries up to date along with the fabric rings in offices. I was consistently working with 2-3 deliveries at a time and managed sourcing for rhinestones & embellishments I created for the requested styles along with trim sheets and creating the initial samples to be sent over seas. As my time progressed I began ordering all fabrics for samples and department stock alike; along with trims and fabric for production. I maintained line sheets and was responsible for all initial tech packages. -
