About Erica Diamond

I am part of the Group Benefits department at The Hartford, bringing five years of experience in LOA and STD management. I have specific experience in FMLA for flight crew, and the special rules involved. I have a passion for problem solving, and helping others to understand confusing or complex issues. I love using these skills to help my coworkers, and our clients. Prior to the insurance industry, I was a flight attendant, which was just as cool as it sounds, but not as cool as insurance, obviously. Before pursuing my lifelong dream of serving Ginger Ale in the sky, I spent almost a decade with Cookie Lee, a multi-level marketing company, working in the corporate office in the sales and commissions support department, helping women grow their businesses and maximize their commission checks. When not at work, I spend my time catering to the whims of my cat, gardening, googling lists of cat-safe plants, baking, and baking for the cat.
