As Director / Counsel, Global Trade & Government Affairs, I will be managing Aptiv's US and global export compliance obligations; including maintenance of corporate policies, development, and oversight of training for relevant functions, and developing and administering assessment programs to ensure Aptiv meets its export compliance obligations in a timely, accurate, and transparent manner. In addition, I will help monitor and disseminate the global trade environment to ensure Aptiv is able to properly adjust its supply chains to minimize adverse impacts and maximize planning opportunities incident to policy developments.

Erica Dillon is a subject matter specialist in U.S. export controls, including the ITAR, EAR and OFAC regulations. Leveraged years of international trade experience to advise clients on complex multi-jurisdictional matters relating to U.S. regulatory compliance. Served as a Law Clerk for Clifford Chance US LLP. Advised international and domestic clients, under common and civil law systems, in local and cross-border transactions. Contributed to the firm’s White Collar/Regulatory practice group. Supported other practice areas, including but not limited to, International Litigation, Securities Litigation, and Project Finance.
