CurrentInclusion@work is led by Founding Director Erica Edmands. Erica has over 20 years experience as an employment lawyer, investigator, facilitator and consultant in corporate and not-for-profit environments. Inclusion @ Work offers organisations a holistic approach to difficult workplace concerns with considered investigation and mediation work as well as diagnostics, strategy and training on improving organisational wellbeing.Erica is approachable, down to earth and expert at what she does. Her years of legal and HR training, and her expertise in dealing wth mental health issues, workplace stress and resilience has proven particularly helpful in the conduct of complex and sensitive workplace investigations and mediations.She is particularly experienced in managing highly sensitive investigations for Boards, CEO's or senior executives. Her experience as a Board Chair and Non-Exective Director means she understands the broader commercial and people issues as well as the key legal aspects.Her unique background provides clients with employer focused, practical advice and tailored solutions that are commercially and technically sound. In addition to her extensive legal qualifications, she is trained in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), a certified Hermann Whole Brain/HBDI practitioner and accredited in Genos Emotional Intelligence.
