The BAC comprised the Victorian heads of the Property Council of Australia, Master Builders Association, Housing Industry Association, Australian Institute of Building Surveyors, Building Design Association, Australian Institute of Architects, Engineers Australia, Consumer Affairs Victoria and the Victorian Building Authority. I was the Consumer Affairs Victoria appointee until the Council was disbanded.
