I work alongside a world-class team developing engaging internal communications for over 20k employees across Cisco Networking. I also manage executive communications for Cisco Networking's SVP of Strategy and their VP, SP CTO, respectively.

As marketing lead for the Change & Adoption Management team, my role was to engineer and roll out transformational initiatives to employees across Cisco. Working within the COE, I ideated, produced, and strategized deliverables to further pursue our goal of seamless transformation and employee engagement.

In this role, I was responsible for supporting the rapid growth and seamless execution of RISE with SAP through strong communications campaigns. Working with a talented team, I ideated and streamlined the content put out to our employees. From standardized branding, to campaign planning/execution, to video production and content creation, I was given ample opportunity to create excitement and awareness, and I made it happen.

Working with the Global Employee Communications team, I was responsible for engaging, motivating and interacting with over 100,000 employees across SAP. My role involved creating strategic assets, planning / executing global initiatives, and collaborating with a variety of teams to ensure employee success within SAP.

• Created materials (branding, email templates, infographics, one-pagers, videos, webpages, etc.) for internal communications initiatives to provide consistent messaging throughout all internal platforms • Utilized strategic design, copywriting and marketing to connect and unify SAP employees across different teams and departments within Intelligent Delivery Group • Responsible for the ideation and creation of initiatives designed to focus on people and spotlight their unique stories

Working within DBS Global Services Delivery with the Change Management & Internal Communications team, I'm responsible for assisting with the creation and execution of internal marketing campaigns which promote the purpose, beliefs and principles of SAP. My current focus is on ensuring that branding for events, broadcasts, internal web pages and social media content is on par with the SAP gold standard. Through content creation by graphic design, I look to maintain SAP's great branding in all that I create.

Intellify is a data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence consulting company based in Sydney. My responsibilities as a marketing coordinator included various areas of marketing, graphic design, human resources, event planning, and administration.My marketing duties involved the creation of promotional materials (briefing packets, package offers, event invitations, presentations and more) and branding through extensive use of Adobe Creative Cloud software, social media management and content creation, website development, data analytics, and advertising campaigns.I was also able to play a major role in the planning of events, working with notable clients and AWS.

At Polite Social, I was given the opportunity to breathe new life into their social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms. Using a tailored strategy, I analyzed their existing social channels and created a presence which better represented the vibrancy of the company. Using paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, I allowed them to reach a wider, previously untapped audiences which could be used to lead to new business opportunities.I was also responsible for frequent postings on their blog, which helped potential customers learn more about the brand and what they do. These blog posts were then posted on social media channels for higher exposure and brand awareness.

At Fine Fellow, I was responsible for managing the store, completing all sales transactions, creating graphics for use on promotional items and social media, updating the visual merchandising monthly, and assisting with product/store photography for digital platforms. I updated the website as new products were received.In addition, I used my marketing skillset to aim for an increase in foot traffic and sales in the store through paid Facebook advertising and event planning. I utilized graphic design to create new campaigns for Instagram, which changed monthly.

Sydney's flagship Marriott provided me with a wide range of experiences. I was responsible for the creation and distribution of new and innovative content on multiple social media platforms. Utilizing analytical tools, I was able to track the performance of said content, and make adjustments to get the most out of the materials used. I gained experience using SEO, paid Facebook advertising, Google Analytics, and EDMs.I also had the opportunity to write press releases going out to major news outlets, create and edit video materials to use for both social media and prominent hotel promotions, and sit in on marketing strategy meetings to see how everything came together.My favorite part of my time with Marriott was planning events and activations in order to promote the hotel, as well as its food and beverage outlets. From their cafe, to their bars, to their 5-star restaurant, I had the opportunity to cater to different types of outlets to raise engagement, foot traffic, and bookings.

During my time with MMCO, I collected data from marketing campaigns, performed market research on competition, and assisted with advertising / marketing promotional activities. In addition, I worked with the marketing team to create new content for social media across multiple platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google Plus. I was also fortunate enough to have completed a marketing campaign advertising our vehicles to women in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Working with local bloggers, we created content that would increase awareness of our Porsche line-up. This included interviewing women about their test drives and experiences with the car-buying process. These women participated in photoshoots (along with their spouses and/or children) to show how versatile Porsches can really be.
