-Provide customer services for the Offices of Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and the Registrar. -At the Front Desk responsible for greeting visitors and checking them into Red Hawk Central offices. -At the Swing desk responsible for providing directions, checking people in, and directing people to the cashier window, Financial aid, or other services needed. -At the Back Counter Desk, I'm responsible for receiving and responding to students’ or families’ inquiries via IVY, our website chat system. -Additionally, other duties and responsibilities.

-Provide incoming HCP first-year students assistance with assignments, quizzes, and other academic tasks related to Applied Precalculus.-Provide personalized or small-group assistance to students, aiding them in enhancing their proficiency in mathematics.-Engage in tasks such as creating educational resources for tutoring, tracking student progress, identifying areas for enhancement, providing homework assistance, and facilitating test preparation.-Regular interaction and active engagement with every student.-Attend Classes associated with Applied Precalculus.-Provide Tutoring in evenings and weekends at assigned hours.-Create weekly quizzes for students.-Share weekly quiz performance of students with the HCP Academic Advisor.

-Drive ambulances, transporting patients to and from various medical facilities and/or homes in non-emergency and emergency.-Aid EMT during transport.-Assist EMT with providing oxygen therapy to patient(s).-Assist EMT with lifting the stretcher and securing patient(s) for transport.-Communicate with patient(s), staff, and family members in a compassionate manner.-Communicate with medical facility staff regarding patient(s).-Regularly communicates with dispatcher(s) regarding transportation status and providescritical information.-Maintain clean and orderly vehicle(s) and supplies in the ambulance.
