As a scheduling coordinator, I called patients to schedule their infusions to ensure that they followed the needed treatment plan. I also helped to coordinate their infusion schedule with clinical and social services, such as radiation or transportation.

Leading classroom discussions on the federal, state, and local policies on underage drinking and drug use. Facilitating discourse on different forms of pressure and cultural differences they may experience during their time on campus, with a focus on harm reduction to promote safety and trust.

Acclimating international students to life on campus by ensuring that they have all the materials and information necessary to succeed. This ranged from providing student and government resources, to discussions on potential cultural differences.
