• Develop, cultivate, and steward individual relationships and corporate partnerships with volunteers, businesses, corporations and donors to drive RISE’s vision of freedom for all people from cycles of incarceration • Facilitate informational sessions to key community stakeholders regarding the importance of supporting individuals re-entering the community from incarceration• Recruit, manage and train volunteers for in-prison events to connect incarcerated program participants for networking, coaching, and feedback sessions that lead to employment, housing, and other opportunities post-release• Effectively manage daily communication between volunteers and incarcerated individuals, resulting in smooth re-entry transition, stability in the community, and a strong support network• Collaborate with RISE staff members to create a formal re-entry and case management process to ensure proper ethical boundaries are in place• Create and develop online presence through website and social media channels to drive awareness and accessibility to RISE volunteer opportunities and programming
