• Implement a trauma informed re-entry and case management program to drive RISE’s vision that all people will find freedom from cycles of incarceration
• Train, supervise, and manage case management team to ensure implementation of goal-oriented re-entry plans
• Cultivate relationships and strategic partnerships with employers, landlords, and other community partners to secure employment, housing, transportation, and other needs for those re-entering the community from.

• Develop, cultivate, and steward individual relationships and corporate partnerships with volunteers, businesses, corporations and donors to drive RISE’s vision of freedom for all people from cycles of incarceration
• Facilitate informational sessions to key community stakeholders regarding the importance of supporting individuals re-entering the community from incarceration
• Recruit, manage and train volunteers for in-prison events to connect incarcerated program participants for networking, coaching, and feedback sessions that lead to employment, housing, and other opportunities.
• Effectively manage daily communication between volunteers and incarcerated individuals, resulting in smooth re-entry transition, stability in the community, and a strong support network
• Collaborate with RISE staff members to create a formal re-entry and case management process to ensure proper ethical boundaries are in place
• Create and develop online presence through website and social media channels to drive awareness and accessibility to RISE volunteer opportunities and programming
