Develop recruitment process with a focus on retention strategiesEstablish and maintain relationships with academic institutions and members of the community.Recruit hard -to-fill dental, technical and management level positions, initiate diverse advertising and sourcing strategies, ensuring successful on-boarding and orientation experience. Conduct Interviews and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Management Teams.Conduct VOE/Reference, Credentialing/Sanction/ Background checks.Assist in the naturalization process for non-resident candidatesNegotiate Contractual Agreements and deliver offer termsManage Application Tracking System (ATS), post current openings on ATS, School Alumni sites, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, Dental Association and more.
