Gamecock Sports Properties is Learfield IMG College’s local, dedicated entity representing the University of South Carolina. In complete collaboration with the university, this team is committed to extending the affinity of the Gamecocks' brand to businesses and corporations of all sizes looking to align with the undeniably loyal and passionate collegiate sports fan base. •Serve as liaison between corporate partners, property staff and the Athletic Department•Manage and track all marketing inventory for the property•Create and deliver marketing contracts and agreements•Assist property staff with all fulfillment needs for signage, radio, print, digital and events•Assist the General Manager with expense reporting, invoicing, and other budgetary needs•Assist with corporate hospitality, tickets, in-game promotions and other activities•Manage game program sales for select sporting events•Manage all game day Property Assistants for select sports programs•Work with game day Property Assistants to provide POP for in-venue sponsorship elements•Prospecting for potential corporate partners

Point of contact for the department, Vehicle Management for USC. Vehicle Management handles all transportation needs at USC. Our responsibilities include acquisition and procurement, issuance, maintenance of all state-owned vehicles assigned to the University, driver authorizations, and shuttle needs of the University.•Promoted to Office Manager after working for Parking Services for 9 months.•Process all State Vehicle purchases for all 8 USC campuses. Communicate with all departments to procure their vehicle requests by submitting requests to State Fleet Management. Successfully purchased 35 vehicles so far in the role.•Submit and maintain all Shuttle department and Vehicle Management employees weekly timesheets. Enter into USC HR payroll system weekly and conduct bi-monthly audits for overtime calculations and verification of hours earned. •Serve as the department Purchasing Card Liasion: responsible of maintaining and approving all purchases made by 7 department card holders. Create and submit monthly expense reports allocating all charges and assigning individual transaction receipts. •Created new filing system for USC Driver Authorization Forms: responsible for approving employees and students to operate USC State Vehicles and maintaining their records. •Record keeping of USC Vehicle Fleet files of over 650+ vehicles.

The Vice President of Operations is responsible for implementing chapter procedures, day-to-day operations, conducting the weekly chapter meetings of 400 members, developing the chapter excellence goals and facilitating programs and events to accomplish the goals, and communicating with our national executives. •Elected as VPO as a new member of Kappa Delta. •Served two consecutive terms as VPO.•Established the annual Chapter Excellence Goals for the council and implemented activities to successfully achieve all three goals for both of my terms.•Created and conducted two Officer Transitions Programs, created an enhanced training with the contracted use of a consulting firm who focuses on the StrengthsFinders system.•Coordinated efforts with the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life to bring former National President, Corre Stegall to USC campus for speaking engagements.•Attended Kappa Delta National Convention and National Collegiate Training Academy. •Served as the main go to council member for member needs.

Summer internship opportunity. Worked closely with the Executive Director of MARYS House to enhance publicity, increase fundraising opportunities, and integrate local companies with partnership and sponsorship opportunities. Updated and improved our website, created and ran our twitter account to enhance community awareness about the organization. Created and implemented a new partnership program with marketing incentives in return for specific support/donations. Helped collect multiple auction items and sponsors for our Silent Auction, Masquerade for MARYS event.

Training and developing the orientation leader staff, facilitating professional staff needs for the Orientation sessions. Serving as the initial interaction with the new incoming students for the year. Implementing the transition process for the new students. Worked in teams to facilitate the Office of New Student Orientation's programming for each session. Returned to serve as a Team Leader following my summer serving as an Orientation Leader.
