Perform in depth analyses of database reports in preparation for monthly servicer reporting for Dealership Floorplan securitizations, in compliance to indenture agreements and deal amendments. Monitor system reports daily to ensure accuracy of reporting data. Construct and utilize database warehouse to query reporting information. Support management and Finance with monthly and quarterly financial reporting data.

Prepare reports with strict adherence to reporting requirements and deadlines and interface with investors and applicable oversight entities on said reports. Support the Senior Bank Debt and Loan Origination business through the servicing of a portfolio of corporate par and distressed loan positions. Manage the settlement process of secondary loan trades and third-party transfers, including funding and administrative details, and documentation matters. Track and collect all interest and fees; liaise with Borrower and Lender Base. Process all loan related asset servicing: drawdowns, repayments, rollovers, conversions and commitment reductions. Work with internal and external auditors as needed for audit confirmations. Communicate with Agent banks and customers daily regarding loan activity. Maintain a working knowledge of all deal related documentation and ensure that controls are in place to adhere to documented guidelines. Investigate and resolve transactional issues. Monitor control reports. Interact with internal and external counterparts (Sales, Trading, Compliance, Treasury, Operations, Controllers, Legal, Information Technology)Connected with several diversity and inclusion networks and active in community teamworks volunteer programs.
