Prepare and submit for processing all monthly remittances on assigned portfolios within the applicable required remittance deadlines. Investigate, reconcile, and provide timely resolution to all investor issues and reporting exceptions. Research operational, reporting, or data issues and present solutions or process improvements to management. Provide a high level of customer service and ensure overall investor satisfaction. Demonstrate flexibility to ever-changing business needs and requirements. Demonstrate a basic understanding of pooling and servicing agreements. Handle ad-hoc reporting or research as directed by management. Perform a quarterly review and update of department policies and procedures.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Team lead, provide training and support to team and provide reporting and updates to senior managers. Wire approval authority. Manage and gather evidence for RSCA quarterly reporting and Operations contact for Fed Reporting. Support the Senior Bank Debt and Loan Origination business through the servicing of a portfolio of corporate par and distressed loan positions. Manage the settlement process of secondary loan trades and third-party transfers, including funding and administrative details, and documentation matters. Track and collect all interest and fees; liaise with Borrower and Lender Base. Process all loan related asset servicing: drawdowns, repayments, rollovers, conversions and commitment reductions. Work with internal and external auditors as needed for audit confirmations. Communicate with Agent banks and customers daily regarding loan activity. Maintain a working knowledge of all deal related documentation and ensure that controls are in place to adhere to documented guidelines. Investigate and resolve transactional issues. Monitor control reports. Interact with internal and external counterparts (Sales, Trading, Compliance, Treasury, Operations, Controllers, Legal, Information Technology)Connected with several diversity and inclusion networks and active in community teamworks volunteer programs.

Reconcile, research, & resolve bank reconciliation/test of expected cash excetptions. Liquidation, modification, stop advance, remittance, & GL loan level research. Special projects for Investor Accounting.

Act/Act Investor reporting and remitting according to investor/servicer PSA guidelines. Managed investor relations communications requests.
