With over 16 years of experience in exclusively representing tenants, Ms. King has garnered a reputation for being a creative and tenacious negotiator with the business acumen, diligence and integrity necessary to ensure the best solutions for, and continued satisfaction of, her clients.Ms. King aids tenants in developing the most strategic and economically advantageous real estate plans that are tailored to meet the specific needs of their organization. As a result of her analytical and methodical approach, Ms. King helps her clients to evaluate and quantify the opportunities available in the marketplace enabling them to make the most prudent and informed real estate decisions. Further, Ms. King works with her clients to help them analyze their current lease(s) in order to understand their rights, options and remaining liability as well as to prevent and reconcile any potential overcharges from their landlord.Ms. King graduated Cum Laude from The University of Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and an Area of Specialization in Mass Communication. Her degree allows her to recognize the imperative business components of a smooth commercial real estate transaction while acknowledging the importance of being proactive, responsive and in tune with all of her client’s commercial real estate needs and objectives.
