From airline passengers missing bags to tenants needing the rental office to stay open just a little later than normal to be able to pay their rent on time, she never hesitated to go the extra mile. Erica also has experience in sales where she found out that she's ambitious and courageous. Through plain old hard work and sheer desire to succeed she faced her fears and insecurities and went into neighborhoods knocking door-to-door to secure leads which she would convert into sales.
