Current- Project consultant for EU and national funding programmes- EU project manager My work in Social IT starts with the analysis of project ideas, a fundamental step to understand their potential and compatibility with European calls for proposals.When necessary, I carry out a funding search to identify the most suitable calls for proposals. Subsequently, I draft the project proposal following the templates and models provided by the call itself: to do this, I shape and define the project idea, adapting it to the requirements expressed by the call. I describe the problems that the project aims to solve, its relevance at the European level, and the expected social, economic and environmental impact of the project. If necessary, I support the client in building an ideal partnership to ensure a quality project. Finally, I create the project development road-map: I prepare the work plan, analyse the risks, draw up the GANTT diagram and define the budget. As a consultant, I know how to work closely with the client, interpreting their needs and guiding them step by step towards the drafting of a coherent and effective project proposal within the timeframe set by the call for proposal.As a project manager for European projects, I managed the Open Calls of the H2020 VITALISE project and the Erasmus+ Work@ble project. These experiences allowed me to collaborate fruitfully with international teams and coordinate multidisciplinary activities, supporting the outreach of the expected results.
