In my role, I conceive and execute marketing initiatives, coordinating promotional and communication activities to enhance brand presence and resonance. Overseeing our digital landscape, I optimize our online platforms and social media channels, ensuring a consistent and impactful digital footprin. Moreover,I craft compelling promotional collateral, ranging from brochures to newsletters, fostering engaging narratives for our audience.A pivotal aspect of my role encompasses search engine optimization (SEO) and the orchestration of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, which have led to significant improvements in organic traffic and digital campaign performance. Leveraging web analytics tools, I meticulously track the performance of our marketing strategies, providing detailed reports and in-depth analyses to refine future endeavors. Furthermore, I cultivate and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including web designers, copywriters, and graphic designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects..In parallel, I serve as the Project Manager for European projects. Notably, I coordinated the Open Calls initiative for the H2020 VITALISE project (2021-2024) and provided instrumental support for the management of national and European projects such as Horizon2020 UNCAP (2015-2017), CAPTAIN (2017-2020), and Erasmus+ projects MIND INCLUSION2.0 (2018-2020) and IPA2 (2019-2021). Additionally, I contributed to writing proposals for European funding, including Horizon2020, Erasmus+, and EIC Accelerator, supporting our success in competitive funding applications.
