I went on to the role of Associate Enrollment Manager & International Adviser in 2014 and this described position in 2017.- As the Director, I created a department to serve international students and attained a 5% enrollment in the first six months after the department was formed and as of mid-2019, the school’s enrollment for these students stands at 25% of the overall population.- I created a training program that substantially educated staff members in the nuances of various cultures, so they were well versed to address and satisfy student needs.- I have able to provide these international students on topics, inclusive of various work opportunities, how they could reduce their course loads.
