In the perimeter of Corporate IT of the Kudelski group, • In charge of the deployment of the IT Service Management Tool "EasyVista" in the group context (2500 Users, 100 IT members). As solution integrator: Swisscom.• As Project manager, the main deliverables managed were: needs analysis and solution choice, solution implementation.• A continuous improvement strategy is used to implement the project phases and training in an international context (USA, ASIA, Europe).• The ITIL processes, Operation, Asset management and Change Management are implemented step by step to support the improvement of our IT teams.• The user support and solution administration are under industrialization for a better knowledge transfer.• The technical evolutions of the ITSM ecosystem are evaluated in POC (WEB apps for an any time anywhere any devices access).• Standard interfaces (SQL, Web Services) are used to integrate the ITSM components (Inventory, Identity, Monitoring)
