Managed all brand and acquisition marketing and communications activity for the business. Primary responsibilities were to develop and implement marketing strategy to take new brand position, message and value proposition to market as well as drive acquisition, awareness and revenue. Additional day to day activities included lead generation activities and campaign management, develop and execute the new social media and content strategy, customer experience and satisfaction, collateral development and management, agency management, advertising and budget management.

Owned the overall marketing, communications and retention strategy for the Mortgage business with specific ownership of the broker segment, product marketing and white label distribution channel. Primary responsibilities included leading a team to develop and and execute end to end marketing plans, budget management, lead generation and sales support, product marketing, collateral development and management, agency management, advertising, events and tradeshows and delivering projects for the Macquarie brand and white label partners. Developed and executed the overall retention strategy for the Mortgage business while being responsible for initiating, championing and overseeing the implementation of all retention initiatives and campaigns.
