My current role as a Licensing Specialist at Mocingbird has allowed me to continue caring for clinicians in a whole new way. I work with physicians, nurses, NPs, PsyDs, PAs, dietitians and more across the US, assisting them with the intricate details of professional licensing and assisting with obtaining licenses in all 51 states. As a Practice Manager at Orthopedics Rhode Island, I oversaw the daily operations and administrative functions of a busy and growing orthopedic practice. With over three years of experience in this role, I have successfully implemented systems and processes that improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. I managed payroll, inventory, and vendor relations, as well as ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.My background in fine arts and photography has given me a unique perspective and skill set that enhance my performance as a Practice Manager. I am proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, and I use both Mac and PC platforms. I am also skilled in cross collaboration and coordination, working with a diverse team of physicians, staff, and patients.
