I led a dynamic Product team of user experience specialists and web designers working on multiple systems aimed at improving UX and simplifying system interactions.I worked alongside the company President and senior leadership on setting company strategy and direction. My role was to lead concepting and product requirements for new products and re-designs of current solutions. The Product team successfully re-designed the primary customer facing website as well as a B2B dealership management portal for our business customers. We were also responsible for bringing a mobile application to the iOS and Google Play store for our dealer clients. I also led a transition to module-based, responsive website option for our clients.

Identify user challenges, and tie them to business solutions for resolution that will help both the business and the user. Once issue is identified; I research user needs, concept new solutions, and work with visual designer to implement our vision. Then create detailed business requirements for engineers to build out the new system or solution. Once Engineering has started, stay in contact as the point person for the product through development, testing, and into post-implementation support.

I worked to ensure that all projects were completed on time and within budget through constant support and communication with clients. Took any project from initial design ideas through implementation and follow up. I was also first point of contact for all of our clients needs and requests. Whether clients need full SDLC support or a simple update I helped to make those requests a reality as quickly and accurately as possible so our clients could stay focused on running their business.

I supervised our loan processing contact center. Including management of employees, escalated customer service issues as well as reviews and incentive programs. I managed the staff as well as guiding changes and projects that were requested by ownership and Director.
