My focus has been on shaping large programs of work and leading high performing teams on engagements ranging from business model development, financial analysis, enterprise architecture, sourcing and program management. Specialisations include capability lifecycle management, technology portfolio analysis and managing multiple diverse streams of work. Specific recent client successes include:• Developing the Business Case and establishing a $200 million program to deliver unified digital capability across a major government organisation• Reviewing Portfolio and Program Management Capabilities for an organisation with over $40 billion of assets and a pipeline of over $100 billion of investments• Managing the end to end design, business case and sourcing of a new digital buying capability for one of Australia’s largest employers• Aiding in successfully scoping out and winning funding for one of the largest finance and logistics transformation programs in AustraliaMy work extends across multiple industries with a focus on both Federal and State Government – working across portfolios ranging from Defence, Education, Communications, Immigration and Finance.
