During this time I responded to thousands of messages across platforms, worked closely with the Senior Communications Manager to develop and distribute response guidelines, upskilled, rostered and managed supporting teams (both internal and external) to assist with social media monitoring and response.– Mapping and managing the implementation of a complex list of 301 and 302 website redirects to ensure the new website launch didn't impact existing search engine rankings (in my first two weeks in the role).– Undertaking comprehensive housekeeping, update and maintenance of data and analytics across accounts, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, ensuring website goals and events continued to be tracked, and data parsed between platforms cleanly.
