Designing from the 'Inside-Out' means listening deeply to how people want to feel when they are in a space, and then designing around the highest aspirations that they express. The Wisconsin Chapter of ASID inspires and enriches its members by promoting the value of Interior Design while providing indispensable knowledge and experiences that build relationships.Through education, knowledge sharing, advocacy, community building and outreach, the Society strives to advance the interior design profession and, in the process, to demonstrate and celebrate the power of design to positively change people’s lives. There are more than 26,000 members that engage in a variety of professional programs and activities through a network of 48 chapters throughout the United States and Canada.

STRUT Wisconsin is a unique creative experience that raises money for local charities. Teams design couture ensembles created using materials typically found in interior design (carpet, tile, paint, plastic laminate etc). Each year the teams compete for an array of awards on the catwalk while modeling their creations which are inspired but an assigned theme and Pantone's Color of the Year.
