• Co-Launched Brooksource Jacksonville's first, successful Workforce Transformation Program at one of Fortune's 100 Fastest-Growing companies / a leading Property & Casualty client.
• Work directly with Fortune 500 companies alongside our sales team to provide insight on available entry-level talent and build programs customized to fit their business needs.
• Recruit talented, entry-level IT candidates from universities, colleges and professional organizations across the state of Florida to support Brooksource's Workforce Transformation Program solution / associate-level.
