Promoted to lead the strategy and implementation of the best recruiting and delivery efforts on a national scale for a Fortune #23 Healthcare Insurance client. In this role I had the unique opportunity and responsibility to do the following: • Collaborate with Brooksource's National Account Team across 3 market locations for this client and a multitude of client hiring managers (directly or through a Vendor Management System) to gather and fully qualify IT requirements. • Create and implement customized workforce transformation talent solutions; specifically implementing Brooksource's associate-level consulting program, Elevate.• Create customized slide decks to present our services and solutions to the client and leverage Microsoft Excel to organize and maintain information unique to the National Account Team. • Serve as the recruiting subject matter expert for this client; work with multiple recruiters nationwide to ensure requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner, while demonstrating a top-shelf candidate and consultant experience.

Jacksonville, Florida Area

Selected to serve as Brooksource Jacksonville's sole Workforce Transformation Program Coordinator—a hybrid role in which I accomplished and was responsible for the following: • Co-Launched Brooksource Jacksonville's first, successful Workforce Transformation Program at one of Fortune's 100 Fastest-Growing companies / a leading Property & Casualty client.• Work directly with Fortune 500 companies alongside our sales team to provide insight on available entry-level talent and build programs customized to fit their business needs.• Recruit talented, entry-level IT candidates from universities, colleges and professional organizations across the state of Florida to support Brooksource's Workforce Transformation Program solution / associate-level consulting model, Elevate.• Build relationships with local colleges, student organizations and career services to facilitate professional and technical development workshops, career fairs and networking events.• Work with students to create their resumes, facilitate mock interviews, provide market insight and overall career guidance to kickstart their careers in IT.

Jacksonville, Florida Area

• Locate and recruit potential IT talent utilizing referrals, job postings, internet searches, careers fairs, networking events, and college resources. Screen and place candidates according to position requirements utilizing phone and internal interviews, reference / background checks, and technical screens.• Review, critique, revise resumes and coach candidates through the interview process. Foster and maintain contractor / consultant relationships through weekly correspondence, payroll assistance, monthly lunches, and constant client relations. Negotiate contract terms including compensation rates, duration, and responsibilities.• Assist in business development by setting meetings, generating leads, networking, and attending client meetings and outings.

University Of Florida

• IT Support Analyst for the University of Florida's Information Technology department of Video & Collaboration Services.• Operate Panasonic video cameras along with Mediasite streaming equipment to stream live events for the University of Florida (with a focus on Academic Technology).• Operate sound boards to technically facilitate various events. • Operate the Mediasite software and equipment to monitor the streaming of the University of Florida's various Distant Learning online class lectures.• Train all new student staff members.
