As a Nursing Supervisor at University Behavioral Center (UBC), I provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff in delivering high-quality psychiatric care to patients with mental health issues. I collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and I oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.I am also pursuing a Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Walden University. My goal is to advance my knowledge and skills in this area and contribute to improving mental health services. I have more than eight years of experience in the nursing field, including working as a travel nurse, lead nurse and nursing supervisor.My core competencies include leadership, problem-solving, collaboration, cross-cultural communication, psychiatric care, medication management, and training and development.
