Erica opened her first company, Fast Grass, in 2015 out of San Diego. From the beginning, Erica viewed her employees as the most essential part of her business. She sent managers to self-development programs and created an environment of confidence, reliability, and integrity. Fast Grass grew into a million-dollar revenue business in just two years. Erica’s passion for growth followed her to Weden. In 2019 Fast Grass united with Weden, where Erica started as the General Manager, and a year later became the Director of California Delivery Operations.Erica played a crucial role in expanding Weden’s delivery areas across California and creating an environment for her workers to succeed. Erica continued to explore ideas to help employees grow professionally and in personal development. Erica’s passion and dedication to her work do not go unnoticed by those around her. She is frequently sought out by coworkers for advice, both personally and professionally, and is always willing to lend a hand where needed. Her expertise in employee satisfaction, customer retention, team building, and operations management made her a vital member of the Weden team.Currently, Erica is administering the development of an alternative wellness company. She is creating standard operating procedures, forming client packages, and running the administrative department.
