Hey! I’m Erica. 👋🏼As a graduate of the University of Washington, Foster School of Business, I’ve always had a passion for marketing & sales. I couldn’t decide between the two fields, so thought, why not do both!? I earned my BA in Marketing and a Professional Sales Certificate during my time at UW Seattle. Since then, I have gained extensive SDR experience in B2B SaaS sales at DocuSign and Twilio Segment. My time at these companies has involved generating new business and expanding current customer accounts across different industries and business sizes (SMB-Enterprise accounts & everything in between.) At DocuSign, I specifically worked with legal services and financial services accounts, and over the course of my tenure generated $252,115 in qualified MRR pipeline. At Segment, I specialized in driving strategic growth through personalized outreach, employing data-driven insights to provide CDP solutions to enterprise clients, resulting in $2,550,000 in pipeline generated for our enterprise account executives. Through my years of sales experience, I’ve honed in on what I love. No matter what role I’m in, I’ve found I consistently volunteer to be the liaison between marketing & sales, often having conversations about lead generation, campaign creation, etc. Additionally, I’ve honed in on my sales niche, working with current customers. I love having meaningful conversations, diving into current use of our products, exploring new business challenges, and offering unique solutions whether that be expansion or add on opportunities.
