In this role, I work alongside the firm’s Business Development department to lead all financial professional transition and conversion initiatives while contributing to the management of the firm’s advisor acquisition strategies.

As AVP of the PMO, I support a team of project managers and project analysts, driving overall department effectiveness. I collaboratively develop and implement strategic initiatives regarding company and departmental policies and procedures in order to improve service standards for internal and external clients. I maintain an understanding of company revenue and profitability targets and firm level goals, and ensure maintenance of accurate records and document actions for the PMO. I interface internally and externally in a professional and courteous manner to achieve the organization's common goals and ensure communication of those goals and statuses to all necessary parties.I continue to lead project teams and manage the overall project planning, implementation, and delivery of activities associated with high-visibility projects or series of projects associated with a specific business strategy (including business and system analysis) that are company-wide (crossing multiple departments) in scope and impact with significant risk to the organization.

I developed and revised highly complex, strategic project plans and budgets (including cost benefit analysis) and consulted with project team members and stakeholders on scope, delivery, and prioritization of project initiatives. In addition, I interacted with senior and/or executive management and outside vendors to understand challenges, seek resolution, and escalate issues to meet project expectations. I regularly created and delivered presentations to management on projects, goals and plans, and progress reports.

As Senior Director for our Public Relations and Creative Marketing Team, I offered consultation and guidance on creative writing and design projects for Cambridge Source Customized Advisor Marketing and Website Design. Our team spearheaded Cambridge's approach to marketing support for the independent advisor, which is based on the concept of "your logo here"​ - meaning the branding element for marketing collateral was about branding the advisor's business, not the broker-dealer. We offered Cambridge's independent advisors ready-to-use, compliance friendly marketing solutions. I also assisted with the creation and delivery of corporate communications with the firm's advisors and home office associates. During this time, I also helped lead the Cambridge New Century Council, a unique group of advisors who help Cambridge identify what the firm needs to do to remain relevant in the future as a valued partner to advisors.
