She received her training through the Earth-Based Institute in Boulder, Colorado, an 18-month program accredited by the International Coach Federation.She is a certified Equine Specialist with the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA). Erica received her M.Sc. in Conservation Leadership from Colorado State University. Her research was conducted in New Zealand, utilizing social science methodology to study marine mammal policy. She is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Peru 2008-2011) and Returned Peace Corps Response Volunteer (Panama 2012) with experience in Environmental Education and Outreach, Community-Based Natural Resources Management, and Wildlife Conservation.

Hello! I’m Erica Wrona, certified Nature Connected Life Coach. My approach to coaching is Fiercely Compassionate & Compassionately Fierce. I will hold compassionate space for you and the inherent vulnerability of being coached, while simultaneously holding you accountable to yourself and the goals you create through the guidance of coaching sessions. As a Nature Connected Life Coach, I bring the power of coaching together with the wisdom of nature. Nature is invited into the coaching experience to deepen awareness, impart clarity, provide metaphor, and facilitate connection with the deepest parts of Self. Sessions take place online or in-person for those in Bend, Oregon. Whenever possible, I recommended my clients to be in proximity to nature, a park or backyard, even a few trees or birds can create a profound experience in collaboration with the coaching process. I completed my training through the Earth-Based Institute’s Nature-Connected Coaching℠ (NCC) program, an 18-month training accredited by the ICF for more than 315 hours. My training went in-depth into topics such as Neuroscience and Brain Change, Partswork/Internal Family Systems, Gestalt therapy principles, Long-term Coaching and Change Models, working with Trauma and Strong Emotions, and working with Grief and Loss.
