I hold compassionate space for clients and the inherent vulnerability of being coached, while simultaneously holding them accountable to themselves and the goals they create through the guidance of coaching sessions. As a Nature Connected Life Coach, I bring the power of coaching together with the wisdom of nature. Nature is invited into the coaching experience to deepen awareness, impart clarity, provide metaphor, and facilitate connection with the deepest parts of Self. Sessions take place online or in-person for those in Fort Collins, Colorado. Whenever possible, I recommended my clients to be in proximity to nature, a park or backyard, even a few trees or birds can create a profound experience in collaboration with the coaching process. I completed my training through the Earth-Based Institute’s Nature-Connected Coaching℠ (NCC) program, an 18-month training accredited by the ICF for more than 315 hours. My training went in-depth into topics such as Neuroscience and Brain Change, Partswork/Internal Family Systems, Gestalt therapy principles, Long-term Coaching and Change Models, working with Trauma and Strong Emotions, and working with Grief and Loss.
