I'm the Practice Group Leader of Bailey Glasser's national Automotive, Antitrust, Insurance, and Financial Products Practice Group, and also serve as our firm's General Counsel. The class action team at Bailey Glasser is deeply committed to keeping consumers safe, and we maintain a tenacious complex litigation practice focusing on class actions and mass torts, mostly in the product liability and antitrust spaces. In 2023, our product liability department was ranked as one of the best in the country by Chambers & Partners, with a source stating that our firm "has real heft when they get involved in a project."I represent a wide array of clients, including injured individuals, businesses involved in commercial disputes, and other lawyers and persons subject to civil enforcement actions. I also work with clients with both commercial and personal issues in many aspects of the mining and energy industries.My work includes: * serving on various major automotive class actions, including on the Plaintiffs' Lead Counsel Committee on the Toyota Sudden Unintended Acceleration Litigation, which resulted in hundreds of settlements for plaintiffs who were injured or killed in crashes, as well as over $1 billion in recovery on behalf of plaintiffs. * being part of the team that reached a $101.35 million settlement on behalf of the West Virginia Department of Transportation and other local government entities against 11 asphalt and paving companies, the largest single-state antitrust settlement in West Virginia history.* helping lead numerous automotive class action lawsuits, including involving Tesla, Nissan, and many others. As the General Counsel of Bailey Glasser, I help guide the many kinds of administrative matters that arise for us as we continue to expand our national imprint and expand our practices to be of assistance to our many clients. I was honored to have been previously included on the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 list for my work.I'm admitted to the bars of West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
